The Election Process

This section of my website will explain the structure of the Board of Directors and how Officers are elected.

Currently, 23 members serve on the Board of Directors. Five members serve as Officers and 18 members serve as Directors. The Officers – Third Vice President, Second Vice President, Senior Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President - serve an annual term of office. Each of the Directors serves two years with half of the seats open for election each year. Sixteen of the Directors are nominated from the eight geographic Regions in the United States and Canada and two Directors are elected from Districts outside the United States and Canada.
